Center for Power Systems Studies General Scholarships and Stipends

The CPSS Scholarships are made available through the support of CPSS member and associate member companies. The intended recipients are those EE, ME, and CE students interested in the power engineering area.

Applications are accepted between the first day of classes (each semester) and midterm (sometimes even up to a few weeks before the end of the semester). Scholarships are awarded on a semester-by-semester basis. Applications are reviewed by the CPSS Coordinator at midterm and up to a few week prior to the end of the semester until all funds are disbursed.

Numerous other power-related scholarships for EE students are administered by the EE Program Scholarship Committee and require separate application. In particular, the largest CPSS Scholarship for $3000, is administered through the EE Scholarship Committee. Please see Electrical Engineering Scholarships
